All images in this section were taken within thirty minutes from 10:00 to 10:30am on Tuesday 20th August for the purpose of a comparison with my visit to Belfast the previous day. How does the shopping experience compare between the two locations? Immediately obvious is the absence of closed and abandoned shop premises and the lack of rough sleepers. Have shoppers left Belfast for the regional towns?
