This series of images were taken on Monday 19 August between 09:25 to 10:13am.   By asking myself what I didn’t like about Belfast directed what photographs I took thereby in effect telling a story.  These images don’t reflect the Belfast I remember from earlier years.  Empty streets on a regular working day, an abundance of coffee shops and few high end shops, premises boarded up and rough sleepers.  A sign of the times in which we live.
